Roman M. Buben is the CEO and President of ROCO MFG. Born in Ukraine, he first came to the United States when he was 6 years old. Fascinated with machinery and software from a young age, Roman began learning and practicing software engineering at 11, which eventually led to him becoming a CNC machinist and manufacturing engineer.
With over seven years of industry experience, Roman has honed his skills in producing high-quality aerospace components using CNC machines and in managing the company. His entrepreneurial spirit and experience were the driving forces behind his decision to open Roco Manufacturing in 2020. Moreover, Roman's software engineering skills are crucial in developing ROCO MFG's own software solutions, including an ERP system and a customer-friendly quoting (CFQ) system.
Roman's life motto, taken from Igor Sikorsky's words, is "The work of an individual still remains the spark that moves mankind forward." This also serves as the company motto: "Together we build the world and move mankind forward." He firmly believes that hard work leads to fantastic results and can bring about positive change in the constantly evolving world.
